Open production packs
Every course, published as a recording script.
Two voices, speaker labels, running times, on screen cues and the sources behind every claim. Read them here or download the Markdown. If you want to film your own version, in your own language or for your own service, take them.
Why publish the scripts
Training providers normally treat the script as the asset and the learner as the product. We think it is the other way round. The material is free, so the script that produced it may as well be free too.
There is a practical reason as well. A care home in Bradford, a nursing agency recruiting from Kerala, and a trust induction team all need the same content in different voices and different languages. Publishing the script lets them make it, rather than waiting for us to.
What you may do with these
Record them, translate them, film them, use them in your own induction, quote them with attribution. What you may not do is sell them as your own or strip the accreditation wording, which exists to stop anyone claiming an approval that nobody has.
On audio
These are written to be spoken by people. An early version of this site read them aloud with the browser's own speech engine and it made good material sound cheap, so that was removed. Recorded human audio is on the roadmap and will be exactly these scripts, properly voiced.
