What we provide

Free access to online learning material, knowledge assessments, digital certificates and a CPD record, for individuals and for employer teams.

What a certificate means, and what it does not

Our certificates evidence that you completed online learning and passed an online knowledge assessment on a given date. They do not evidence practical competence. Several courses state expressly that competence must be assessed in your workplace by a trained assessor observing you, including basic life support, moving and handling and the observed elements of the Care Certificate. Do not present our certificate as evidence of a competence it does not cover, and do not accept one from anyone else as such.

This is education, not advice

The material is general professional education about practice in the United Kingdom. It is not clinical advice about a particular person, and it does not replace your employer's policies, your professional judgement, or the instructions of a registered professional accountable for a specific decision. Where our material and your employer's policy differ, follow your employer's policy and tell us, because one of the two needs correcting.

Accuracy and change

We build every module from named current UK sources and list them. Legislation and guidance change. We correct errors as quickly as we can once we know, and we would rather hear from you than not.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Do not share an account, and do not sit an assessment on behalf of another person: doing so is misrepresentation, and any certificate obtained that way will be revoked and the revocation shown publicly on the verification page.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, do not attempt to bypass assessment marking, and do not enter any information that identifies a patient or service user anywhere on this site.

Content

The course material is copyright WAJD Group. You may use it freely for your own learning and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or sell it. Employers may use it with their staff at no charge.

Liability

We provide the service free and with care, and we do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the material.
