Fees and pricing
The whole fee table. Every line says nothing.
Training providers in this sector publish a fees page because there is a lot to charge for: the course, then the certificate, then a hard copy of the certificate, then postage for the hard copy, then a replacement when it is lost. We publish one because you should be able to check that there is nothing there.

We do not post printed certificates, so there is no postage line. Every certificate is digital, verifiable at a public link, and cannot be lost.

The only thing we would charge for
Bespoke work. Content written to your own service's policies and procedures, an induction programme mapped to your documentation, or a course built for your organisation specifically. That is real work with a real cost and we would quote for it plainly, in advance, with a fixed figure.
Nothing a learner needs sits behind it. If you never speak to us, you still get every course, every assessment and every certificate at no cost, forever.

These are the charge types that appear on published fee schedules across the private care training sector. We list them because the total is what a care worker actually pays, and the course price is usually the smaller half of it.

Figures above are typical published rates in the private care training market at July 2026, given as ranges for comparison. They are not quotations, they change, and they vary by provider. Check any provider's own current fee schedule before enrolling with them.
About permanent discounts
You will see courses in this sector advertised at ninety per cent off, permanently. A discount that never ends is not a discount, it is the price with a decoration on it. We would rather show you a table of zeroes than a struck through number that was never charged.
Where we are honest about limits
Free does not mean equivalent to everything. Two things are worth knowing before you rely on us.
- Practical competence cannot be certified by a website. Hoisting, basic life support and venepuncture all require assessment by a person watching you do it. Our certificates for those subjects state that they evidence knowledge only.
- We are not currently an approved centre for a regulated qualification, so we do not award Ofqual regulated qualifications. Our accreditation page states exactly what we hold, what we have applied for and what is still planned, and it is updated as that changes.
