Step one
Create a team
Create it yourself on the Teams page in under a minute. You get a join code; your staff enter it once and they are linked. No procurement, no seat count, no minimum.
For care homes, domiciliary agencies and NHS teams
Your staff learn free, forever, with no seat licence and no per head charge. You get the thing a training spreadsheet never gives you: a live view of who is compliant, who is due soon, and what has quietly expired.
Step one
Create it yourself on the Teams page in under a minute. You get a join code; your staff enter it once and they are linked. No procurement, no seat count, no minimum.
Step two
Choose the courses your staff must hold, and how often each one renews. Twelve months for most statutory subjects, or whatever your policy says.
Step three
Every person against every requirement shows as complete, due soon, expired or not started. Not a tick that was true in 2019.
Most training dashboards show completion. A completion figure of ninety four per cent looks excellent and tells you almost nothing, because statutory training expires and a certificate from four years ago counts for nothing at inspection.
Ours defaults to showing what is expired and what is about to expire, because that is the list a registered manager actually needs on a Monday morning. Completion is the least interesting number on the page.
No per seat pricing that punishes turnover. This sector has turnover approaching thirty per cent in some services. Charging per seat means paying twice for the same post in a year, and it is why so many services under train.
No certificates we should not issue. If a course requires practical assessment, our records show it as knowledge only. That protects you: a folder of practical certificates issued by a website is worse than no folder, because it looks like assurance and is not.
No data selling. Your staff list is yours. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to market to your employees, and we do not run advertising.
The learning, the assessments, the certificates and the compliance view are free. If you later want something bespoke, a mapped induction programme for your own policies, printed certificates, or content built to your service's procedures, that is chargeable work and we will quote for it plainly. Nothing your staff need is behind it.
Every attempt, pass, certificate and expiry date is retained with a timestamp and can be exported. Regulation 18 requires you to show that staff receive appropriate training. This is designed to be the thing you hand over when you are asked to show it.
Most services start with the Care Certificate for new starters, or moving and handling for everyone. Create the team, set the requirement, hand out the code.
