Health and social care progression courses

The level here describes the job you are doing, not a qualification. Level 2 is the care worker, Level 3 leads a shift, Level 4 assures the practice of others, and Level 5 is accountable to the regulator for a service. These are continuing professional development, not the Ofqual regulated Diplomas of the same names, and each course says so on its own page.
